A Supplier You Did Not Choose Is on the Bill. Reverse the Switch in Writing
Reverse an unauthorised energy-supplier switch with a written cancellation and the commission complaint record. It runs locally in this browser and sends nothing.
LIMIT FIRST: This is a documentation and planning aid, not legal, energy or benefits advice. It cannot stop a shutoff by itself, compel a commission decision, or certify eligibility.

Cost and free path
Cost: Free: one complete run in this browser, no account. Optional $4 one-time unlock allows unlimited runs of this tool on this browser. The free path and safety guidance never require payment.
Rule status (state route): in force: the supply portion of a bill is set by the retail supplier under state retail-choice rules, and state commissions accept unauthorised-switch complaints. Cancellation terms and any early-termination fee are set by the contract and the state's rules, so they must be read on the contract you have. Reviewed 2026-10-03 against state commission complaint routes.
Automated decision this documents: automated enrolment and renewal that moves the supply account without a clear yes
Free path, in order (no cost):
Your state commission's consumer division (unauthorised-switch complaints)

What this cannot do: It cannot stop a shutoff by itself, compel a commission decision, or certify eligibility.
