The free tool below runs entirely in this browser — no account, nothing stored or transmitted. Redact anything you would not want kept before you type it.

Removing a support source without replacing it leaves a gap, and a gap is where isolation deepens. Adding — one human thread at a time, on a date — widens the circle without asking the reader to give up the one thing that has been reliably there.
The plan treats the chatbot honestly: it is a tool, not a person, and it stays in the mix at the level where it is useful. The goal is that it becomes one voice among several instead of the only voice.
The protocol
- List your current support sources, including the chatbot, without ranking or judging them.
- Name one human thread to add this week — a message, a call, one shared activity.
- Give it a date and a fallback, so it survives a bad day.
- Set a review date to add the next thread, and keep the chatbot at the level it actually helps.
What the tool does
Build a small, dated plan that adds one human thread at a time while keeping the chatbot at the level it helps. It runs in this browser; nothing is sent or stored.
Limit first: This is a planning aid, not therapy. It cannot fix isolation by itself, and it is not a substitute for a qualified person. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 now.

Send the one message or make the one call this week. If support feels too thin and things feel heavy, a counselor or the 988 line is a real next step.
Research log and safety checks
AI-assist path: not applicable — the plan is about widening a human circle; the reader's own list and dates are the entire artifact, and an AI layer adds nothing but noise. §6.10: not a frontier-pace topic.
§0.5 protection result: category is chatbot-dependency-check; crisis-adjacent: no; fear/urgency/scarcity toolkit used: no. The protective function is free and the paid feature is convenience only.
