Family Callback Card

Set a code word and a callback plan now, so a convincing call later can't rush you into a decision. Takes about a minute. Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere — it only exists on this screen and on the card you print.

This tool can't tell you whether a call is genuine. What it does is give you a step that works whether the voice is real or cloned — because it never depends on judging the voice at all.

LIMIT FIRST: This tool cannot tell you whether a call is genuine, and it does not replace your bank's fraud department or a police report. It builds a callback habit that works whether the voice is real or cloned.
Why this works FBI IC3 2025 · AI-enabled fraud vs. adults 60+ · $352M reported A callback on a saved number defeats a voice clone even with zero code words remembered.

If someone calls asking for money or asks you to keep it secret:
1. Ask for the code word above.
2. Hang up. Call them back on a number already saved below — never a number the caller gives you.
Saved numbers:
If money has already been sent: call your bank immediately, then report at ic3.gov (FBI) and reportfraud.ftc.gov (FTC). DOJ Elder Fraud Hotline: 1-833-FRAUD-11.

This check can help you build a habit that resists voice cloning — it cannot verify whether any specific call, video, or message is real. It does not replace your bank's fraud department, a police report, or legal advice. Not a substitute for reporting an active loss.
