Why the score's basis matters more than the label

Automated workplace metrics may combine activity, quality, scheduling, customer, or communications data over different time windows.

A review request can identify missing records, accommodations, system downtime, or role differences without guessing how the model works.

  3. List objective errors or missing context with supporting records.
  4. Request the correction process and a review by a person authorized to change the decision.
